On Aug 4th Mike and I started our training for climbing the Leaning Tower. We spent one night at the base after packing and preparing and spent one night on the Awahanee ledge. We climbed quick enough to avoid climbing in the hot afternoon sun. It was a great climb and Mike did a great job cleaning the steep route.
